We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electronic Sales / Technical Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Electronics Sales & Technical Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable products, and providing basic technical support for electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers both in-store and online, providing excellent customer service
  • Recommend and sell electronic products such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, generators, laptops, tablets, CCTV cameras, and car accessories
  • Diagnose basic faults in devices and suggest appropriate solutions (e.g., battery replacement, screen repair, accessories)
  • Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and care
  • Promote company products, spare parts, and accessories
  • Assist in managing inventory and ensuring products are well displayed
  • Support repair services by identifying customer needs and directing them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND (additional technical certification is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and device troubleshooting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
