We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dxt Lead, Nigeria

Location: Lagos

Responsibilties

  • Responsible for leading and coordinating all IT activities in Nigeria, acting as the local representative and primary point of contact between business stakeholders and Group IT teams at regional and global levels.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end user support and the continuous availability of IT services across multiple sites, guaranteeing daily operational continuity, service quality, and adherence to Group standards.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune), including identity & access management, workstation administration, device compliance, policy enforcement, and lifecycle management of endpoints.
  • Manage local IT service providers covering connectivity, telephony, hardware, and software, ensuring contract compliance, SLA performance, vendor coordination, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the IT budget (OPEX/CAPEX), monitor and validate expenses, track consumption trends, support forecasting, and drive continuous cost optimization initiatives aligned with Group financial expectations.
  • Ensure workstation and infrastructure security by monitoring compliance, applying security baselines, managing first‑level incidents, and coordinating with Group Security for escalations, threat response, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Contribute to the deployment and implementation of local and regional IT projects, oversee change management, and support migrations to Group-standard digital platforms and cloud solutions.
  • Manage the IT asset inventory and full equipment lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, governance, compliance, maintenance, and retirement of devices, while ensuring full traceability and data accuracy in the ITSM system (SMAX).
  • Act as the local IT representative and advisor for business teams, supporting operations, understanding business priorities, translating needs into technical requirements, and handling critical situations independently with strong autonomy and accountability.
  • Drive operational excellence by enforcing IT governance, ensuring documentation accuracy, coordinating with cross‑functional IT teams, and contributing to continuous service improvement across Nigeria Etc .
