We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Services Monitoring and Operations Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse IT services to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and services using monitoring tools
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
  • Analyse performance data to optimize IT services
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents
  • Provide reports and insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in IT monitoring, help desk, or related role
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, SolarWinds, Nagios, Manage Engine)
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary
N190,000 / Month.
