Job Description

Rivers State, also known simply as Rivers, is one of the 36 states of Nigeria. According to census data released in 2006, the state has a population of 5,185,400, making it the sixth-most populous state in the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secondary School Teacher (All Subject Areas)

Location: Rivers

Requirements
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a Bachelor’s Degree in any teaching subject along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)
  • Hold a valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or have an Exemption Certificate
  • Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Be computer literate.
