Job Title: Teller

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • The Teller (Payment Officer) is responsible for accurate, timely, and verified processing of all customer payments, ensuring zero loss, zero manipulation, and full transparency.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Processing customer payouts accurately and promptly
  • Confirming payments before release
  • Matching payment proofs with system records
  • Preventing duplicate, wrong, or fraudulent payments
  • Maintaining proper transaction documentation
  • Escalating all payment irregularities immediately
  • Following all SOPs without shortcuts or assumptions
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Education, Experience & Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Sales or related field.
  • Must be a graduate.
  • Must be willing to work only on weekends from 8am to 8pm.
  • Must reside within Lekki and its environs.
