We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing,Economics, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (MBA, ICAN, ACCA, CIS, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or sales within financial services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Good understanding of financial products, services, and operational processes.
  • Proficiency in banking software, CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
