We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Edda, Edda Local Government Area, Ebonyi
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts, including bank statements and vendor invoices.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to provide insights on financial performance and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND or BSc in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an accountant.
  • Strong computer and digital proficiency (accounting software knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Schedule:

  • Working Days: Monday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Off Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday (flexible if attention is needed, as accommodation is available on premises)
  • Start Date: Immediate.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
  • On-premises accommodation provided.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing hospitality business
