Description

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Construction Store Keeper to manage materials and inventory for ourconstruction projects.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is responsible for:

• Receiving, inspecting, recording, and properly storing construction materials and equipment on site.
• Maintaining accurate stock records, material issuance logs, and inventory reports.
• Ensuring timely availability of materials in line with project schedules and site demands.
• Monitoring stock levels, minimizing material wastage, and reporting shortages or damages promptly.
• Maintaining a well-organized, secure, and compliant store area while adhering strictly to site safety standards.
• Working closely with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams to support smooth construction operations.

Requirements

• Candidates must have proven experience as a store keeper in real estate or construction projects, strong attention to detail, basic record-keeping or inventory management skills, and the ability to work efficiently on a construction site.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
