We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: People and Culture (HR) Associate 

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • The HR Associate (Employee Relations) will manage employee engagement, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Support disciplinary and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2–3years’ experience in employee relations.
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or PHR/i is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong mediation and communication skills.
