Job Title: Django Developer

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are looking for a skilled Django Developer to join the TeamManager product team.
  • You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling backend features for our team and workflow management platform.
  • You willwork closely with product and frontend teams to build reliable APIs, implement business logic, and ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building real-world products and taking ownership of backend systems from idea to deployment.

Eligibility

  • Proven experience working as a Django Developer or Backend Developer
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work with a team and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience building production-ready applications is an advantage.

We Require:

  • Strong experience with Python & Django
  • Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  • Experience with API design and integration
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and permissions
  • Familiarity with Git / version control
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with multi-tenant or role-based systems is a plus
  • Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
